Mechanical Engineer

Position Available:

Production Engineer Job Description We are seeking an entry-level Production Engineer to support the design and production of mechanical components and assemblies. This role involves configuring gearbox assemblies per customer orders and assisting with the design of new components as required. Responsibilities include creating general arrangement drawings, bills of materials, and detailed part drawings for each job. The engineer will work directly on the shop floor with assemblers during the build of new designs and support testing of new products. This is a hands-on engineering position that provides practical experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, and product development. Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred. Preferred Experience and Skills SolidWorks, design of parts, assemblies, and drawings SolidWorks PDM Configuring assemblies based on customer orders. Working with machine shops to resolve manufacturing issues quickly. Supporting the production floor in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Team-oriented and collaborative Customer-focused Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Salary:

Negotiable based on experience

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
