  • + We are seeking an experienced System Architect in Requirements Engineering with strong expertise across key automotive domains. + This role will drive high-quality requirements definition, analysis, and validation while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

  • + Energy & Propulsion + Thermal Systems + Access / Start / Operator Functions + Cabin & Visibility + Infotainment & Connectivity + Driving Assistance & Chassis + Active Safety, Warnings & Parking
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Lead requirements development, analysis, and management across multiple automotive domains + Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with system and business needs + Collaborate with system, software, and validation teams throughout the product lifecycle + Support impact analysis, change management, and traceability + Drive best practices in requirements engineering and mentor junior engineers + Interface with stakeholders to clarify technical expectations and resolve gaps •
Qualifications:
  • + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, or related field) + Extensive experience in Requirements Engineering within the automotive industry + Strong understanding of vehicle systems and architecture + Experience with requirements management tools (e.
g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama, etc.) + Familiarity with
ASPICE, ISO
