Project /
Engineering Objective:
Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements and resources.Essential Functions:
Main contact for customer on commercial issues. Engineering review of jobs, reviewing form, fit and function of components. Write change orders as required. Answer questions for manufacturing personnel during build. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, reviewing bids from contractors. Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates. Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problemsCompetencies:

This job takes place in a professional office environment. You will routinely use office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, fax machines, and filing cabinets.Physical Demands:
Occasional lifting or moving up to 10 pounds. Required to sit, stand, walk, use hands for various tasks, talk and hear.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Travel:
No travel requiredRequired Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field Strong Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of Auto Cad and Solid Works Prior engineering and/or Project Management experience.Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
