Join us onsite in Warsaw, Indiana on a contract through September 2026 to commission FANUC-based systems for material handling, spot welding, sealer/dispense, and MIG welding—especially on framing lines.

Scope:
FANUC programming and line commissioning for
MH, Spot Weld, Sealer/Dispense, and MIG Focus:
Commissioning of framing lines Questions to Ask Yourself Can you interpret test data and quickly pinpoint design-related issues? Are you comfortable assembling and modifying electrical/electronic prototypes using hand tools and precision instruments? Do you enjoy calibrating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical test equipment? Will you collaborate closely with electrical engineers to define and resolve development challenges? Are you confident planning method/sequence of operations for experimental equipment testing? Can you set up test rigs, simulate operating conditions, evaluate performance, and document results? Do you thrive in quality environments—performing inspections and recommending corrective actions? Can you revise diagrams and craft specifications to clarify function and design? Are you comfortable evaluating proposals, shop drawings, and design comments for code/safety compliance and advising approval or disapproval? Can you install and maintain control systems and solid-state equipment? Are you prepared to recommend assignments, approve leaves, complete evaluations, and coordinate support personnel while planning/scheduling/monitoring work? Can you produce cost and time estimates and provide technical assistance before, during, and after construction? Will you review engineering criteria and drive updates to obsolete standards? Are you able to prepare contracts and manage modifications to specs and plans through construction? What You'll Need Hands-on FANUC experience. Spot Weld, Sealer/Dispense, and Material Handling background. 3DV familiarity preferred (not mandatory). Some DCS experience; RPs required. Willingness to work seven days per week as required.
