Job Description
Plan, organize, and manage welding-gluing projects; by managing project schedules and budgets to meet project requirements; Complete equipment commissioning for resistance welding and gluing joints;Conduct maintenance program design of welding- gluing equipment;Design PLC programs update of welding-gluing equipment;Perform lab tests of new materials joints;Program industrial robot paths and complete design studies;Perform welding-gluing inspection/quality controls by meeting production cycles time targets; maintaining mechanical-gluing joining quality standards and identifying joining inspection methods;Provide training/technical guidance and work closely with other engineering teams.
