In the past 10 years, we have designed and completed over 500 custom engineered projects throughout the world. Our projects include designing and manufacturing wash and water recycling systems for Transit Rail, Transit Bus, School Bus, Public Works, Fleet Wash, Oil and Gas Field, Military, Wheel-Under Chassis and other specialty applications. Local distributors worldwide are ready to provide assistance, whether you need a new wash system, spare parts, system service, or detergents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and engineer wash systems, including required engineering calculations (e.g., flow rate, pressure, component sizing). Develop complete plumbing schematics to support full system designs. Interpret and contribute to mechanical drawings and assemblies. Review and release final engineering drawings to Operations. Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for engineered equipment. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Controls, and Project Management from project inception through final customer acceptance. Support equipment startup and commissioning to ensure compliance with approved customer specifications. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to develop equipment installation and operation instructions. Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline required. 2+ years of design experience related to capital equipment preferred. 2+ years of experience with Inventor, AutoCAD, or comparable CAD software. 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. Civil design/engineering experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional time spent in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
