Job Description

Well-established (and growing!) industrial equipment manufacturing company has an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!
Duties:
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, will act as the technical liaison between product design engineers and manufacturing teams Ensure products are manufactured to design intent, meet quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives Support both new product development and sustaining engineering efforts (from concept through production and life cycle support) Provide engineering support to Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Service teams Support and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, subassemblies, and raw materials within company's ERP system Support manufacturing process improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance Apply Lean manufacturing principles to improve assembly processes and reduce waste Support high-mix, low-volume production needs Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, sustainability, and quality enhancement
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in related engineering discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.) 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer Experience working in an industrial equipment/product engineering environment 3D CAD experience (Solidworks) a plus Experience working with an ERP system Ability to travel ~20-25% of the time (regionally) Ability to pass a drug test
Salary:
$90-110K
