Job Description:
Currently recruiting for a fast-growing manufacturing company based in Minneapolis who are looking for engineering professionals. Looking for candidates with a strong background in designing, building models, prototyping, and heavy on the machine engineering side. Responsibilities Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve manufacturability, serviceability, and product performance Design, prototype, and validate mechanical systems, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions Create software tools and digital workflows to streamline troubleshooting and technician support Collaborate cross-functionally on system development, testing, and commercialization activities Lead rapid prototyping, document design/testing results, and support advanced automation initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience Proven success developing prototypes and transitioning them into production-ready solutions Experience with 3D CAD, rapid prototyping, lightweight mechanical design, and automation tools Knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical/electromechanical systems and control scripting
