Job Description

Bergari Solutions is a growing manufacturing company located in Apple Valley, Minnesota. We provide custom exhaust system solutions for high-profile customers in the energy, e-commerce, wireless communications, and utility industries. Our team engineers and manufactures systems focused on exhaust noise reduction and emissions control, working closely with major engine manufacturers and power systems integrators. We currently have a full-time Mechanical Engineer position with a comprehensive benefits package that we believe may align well with your background and experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging engineering projects from concept through production, collaborate with customers and manufacturing teams, and develop expertise in industrial engine silencing and exhaust system design. Job Description Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Mechanical Engineer plays a key role in connecting customer requirements with product design and manufacturing execution. This position is responsible for working closely with internal teams and external customers to develop technical solutions, support sales activities, and ensure successful transition of projects into production. The successful candidate will learn and become proficient in industrial engine silencing design while contributing to the continued growth of the company's engineering expertise. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to a wide range of engineering disciplines and provides the opportunity to see projects progress from concept through manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to define and execute project requirements. Communicate technical information and provide engineering support throughout the sales and production process. Develop 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation. Design and analyze mechanical systems with consideration for performance, materials, manufacturability, and cost. Apply engineering principles related to structural analysis, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and welding processes. Support production teams in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing challenges. Participate in product development activities from concept through production launch. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the expansion of the company's engineering capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling software such as SolidWorks or PTC Creo (Pro/ENGINEER). Strong understanding of conventional drafting standards and manufacturing processes. Ability to apply engineering fundamentals to mechanical design, materials selection, and product development. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and practical mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$83,475.05 - $100,529.09 per year
