Job Description

job summary: Growing manufacturer in St. Louis is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing. Proficiency with Solidworks for 3D CAD/Solidworks required as well as experience designing precision machine parts. Familiarity with machine components including servo motors and gearboxes, linear guides, hydraulic systms and PLCs a plus. Previous machine design experience a plus! This position offers a dynamic team environment with customer interaction and the opportunity to see designs come to life! Excellent benefits, salary, bonus and work/life balance. Opportunity to gain training and experience in structural analysis and PLC/HMI programming! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Participate in startup and commissioning of machinery (10% travel, one week at a time once or twice yearly)
Requirements:
