What You'll Do:

Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients Support estimating efforts (design-build, design-assist, plan/spec) Oversee fabrication packages and project budgets Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met ✅

What We're Looking For:

0-5 years of experience in mechanical project management Background in HVAC, piping, or mechanical systems Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project/P6 (preferred) Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience) Please contact me with interest at cheryl.surls@gogpac.com or 816-451-7553
