- Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment
- Plan and arrange the test hardware, procedures, and testing flow required for testing and verifying Propulsion Subsystems for multiple programs
- Provide the test area with parameters for gas sampling and verification of specific tests to be performed
- Compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements
- Maintain all test procedures, processes, and test hardware in order to support all testing for multiple programs
- Lead and direct testing support as needed to align test resources with test schedules
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Prefer a Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Aerospace Engineering
- Certified Test Conductor experience
- Pressurization (compressed gasses) experience
- Cryogenics experience
- Hypergolic experience
- Communicates well with others
- Works well in a team environment
- Fundamental knowledge of spacecraft propulsion test operations
- Fundamental knowledge of VeCAMS, Automation Framework and MS
- Ability to travel to other LM Space campuses to perform Certified Test Conductor (CTC) activities (up to 15-20%)

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
