Job Description

Sr. Electro-Mechanical Engineer (SolidWorks) to lead product design and development in industrial equipment manufacturing. Relocation Assistance Provided! This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented engineer capable of taking ideas from concept to fully manufacturable products. This is a fulltime permanent job with great benefits!
Key Job Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of product development projects—from concept through production—with a strong focus on SolidWorks-based design workflows. Create and refine complete 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks, ensuring design integrity and manufacturability. Develop and evaluate detailed electromechanical systems, components, and assemblies. Use SolidWorks to simulate, analyze, and optimize mechanical performance using integrated CAE tools. Define and manage product requirements, testing protocols, and technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product and process challenges. Design for manufacturability and assembly, with a focus on cost, performance, and reliability.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering. A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in electromechanical product design. Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks—including 3D modeling, assemblies, drawings, and simulation tools. No Visa Sponsorship Proven experience designing products for efficient manufacturing and assembly. Strong background in CAD/CAE-based design and analysis using SolidWorks. Solid understanding of electronic theory, mechanical design principles, and electrical testing methods.
