Job Description

Expected Duties:
Layout and design for HVAC systems in commercial construction projects. Coordinate system scope, design layout and drawings with clients and other disciplines. Assist in the production of detailed schematics that meet customer requirements and local building codes. Some travel required for client meetings and job site visits.
Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Designer Technical knowledge of HVAC system design and operation. Proficient with Auto CAD and Revit Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Multi-family experience preferred.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
