Mechanical Engineer

G2 Technologies , an industry leader in test and measurement specializing in the design and development of automated inspection, measurement and test systems, is seeking talented professionals for the position of Mechanical Engineer . The individual will manage full-development of computer-based complex production test systems Solidworks.

Required qualifications:

BS in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years of mechanical engineering design experience Solidworks 2014 experience Demonstrated troubleshooting and debugging skills Fixture design experience Solid understanding of the automation concepts / techniques Generation of engineering and assembly drawings, bills of material, and user documentation Generate concept sketches and layout drawings as well as creating new equipment designs Interaction with engineering project teams as a principle team member with expertise in mechanical design Interprets specifications and execute design work per specification In addition, our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and expand his/her knowledge and skills, be able to multitask and take initiative, possess solid written and verbal communication skills, and be willing and available to travel 20% of the time. He/She should be enthusiastic and self-motivated with an interest in real computer applications and must be able to interact well with clients during all phases of the system integration process.
