Full-Time | Salary (Exempt) About K-Flex USA K-Flex USA is a leading manufacturer of elastomeric insulation products, committed to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our Sales team and serve as a key point of contact for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform rheological, mechanical and chemical tests on rubber materials per standard test methods such as ASTM using a viscometer, rheometer, particle size analyzer, age oven, tensile tester, TGA, DSC, FTIR, etc.
  • Plan and conduct development production tests/trials in coordination with production and planning
  • Analyze and interpret test data and prepare technical reports
  • Maintain external certifications and testing
  • Perform operational checks and maintain lab equipment.
  • Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
  • Support inspection activity for product throughout production cycle.
  • Support efforts to maintain ISO certification and participate in internal and external audits to include regulatory, customer, and supplier audits.
  • Develop and execute testing protocols for new raw materials and products.
  • Effectively communicate with Customers regarding Complaints or New Product requirements Qualifications Master's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering 1 year of professional work experience in industrial engineering or process improvement in a manufacturing setting Why Join K-Flex USA?
