This role is the bridge between a creative vision and a finished product, ensuring every project is structurally sound, budget-friendly, and production-ready. The Mission As a Design Engineer, you will direct and execute the planning of engineering projects from start to finish. You'll work in the trenches with our Sales, Creative, and Project Management teams to transform client requirements into material-efficient, high-quality realities. What You'll Do Engineer for

Success :

Execute designs that maintain structural integrity while staying within budget and respecting the original design intent. Own the

Data :

Create precise specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), support files, and all necessary technical documentation.

Build & Refine :

Assemble and critique prototypes, leading the internal review process to ensure excellence before production.

Collaborate :

Act as a technical partner to internal teams to solve complex manufacturing and material challenges. What You Bring Significant, hands-on experience with the SolidWorks engineering program is essential. A knack for creating accurate paperwork and technical specs that leave no room for error. The ability to balance material efficiency with durability. Strong interpersonal skills to navigate the prototype review process and cross-departmental teamwork.
