Job Description
This is a hands-on Glass Applications Engineer to help shape advanced glass solutions for mission-critical applications in life sciences, aerospace, defense, and semiconductors. This is a rare opportunity to play an important role across customer innovation, R&D, manufacturing, and commercial growth. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams. Travel with sales to customer sites and trade shows to uncover new applications. Support new glass formulations, product development, and process optimization. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive root cause analysis. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation. Train commercial teams on technical product offerings. About You Be able to do the job as described. Glass science, ceramic engineering, materials science, or chemical engineering background. Hands-on experience in glass manufacturing or glass applications, required Comfortable in both customer-facing and plant-floor environments. Able to travel up to 50%.
