Our product requirements demand ground-up cell architectures withstate-of-the-artperformance, manufactured at volumes that are orders of magnitude higher than the products they power. You will work alongside seasoned industry experts, high aptitude recent graduates, and people from every stage in between. We look for anyone with an exceptional ability to solve problems in both individual and team settings. This cell engineer willwork with a cross-functional team todevelop cell qualification plans to characterize initial cell performance,lifetime behavior,and cell reliabilitytoidentifycritical failures and degradation modes.

This person willoversee test progress at internal/external labs and coordinate test priorities. In addition, this person will conduct analysis toidentifyrisks fortimelyprogram decisions.
