Job Description

Key Responsibilities Act as the mechanical SME on behalf of NV Energy Provide field oversight for mechanical installation activities, with emphasis on:
GE 7F.05
combustion turbine generator (CTG) installation Centerline installation and alignment Routing and placement of mechanical equipment Review and interpret construction drawings, installation procedures, and specifications Verify installation sequencing aligns with GE requirements and warranty standards Identify and escalate issues proactively (e.g., "this should not be done that way") Support coordination with construction teams without directing labor Oversee retrofit and tie‑in work as required Interface with site teams and Owner stakeholders, including coordination with parallel NV Energy projects as needed Required Qualifications 7+ years of turbine mechanical experience, preferably GE F‑class

(7FA.05) - at least 2x projects OR if they have done 1x combined cycle of
GE 7F.05
(7FA.05), that is fine too Strong background in new construction of gas turbine facilities Demonstrated experience with
GE 7F.05
(7FA.05) installation and operation Extensive field‑based construction experience Proven understanding of installation sequencing and mechanical best practices Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings with authority Experience working alongside construction teams in an oversight capacity Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - required
