  • PERFORMANCE DETAILS
  • Responsibilities/Job Description:
  • Conduct site surveys and evaluate current mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.
) to determine capacity and suitability for expanded use. Collaborate with facility management, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of new occupants and machinery. Identify potential mechanical upgrades or modifications needed to accommodate growth, including ventilation, cooling, heating, and utility demands. Prepare detailed reports with recommendations for system enhancements, including cost estimates and timelines. Ensure all proposed changes comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Support project planning and execution by providing technical guidance on mechanical aspects during construction or renovation phases. Review and approve mechanical design documents, specifications, and drawings related to personnel and equipment additions. Monitor and inspect completed work to verify adherence to engineering requirements and quality standards. Utilize experience in building systems and mechanical engineering to provide expert advice and problem-solving as needed. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and mechanical needs.
