  • Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluates Mechanical and Electromechanical Systems and Products:
    Conducts comprehensive research by applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
  • Ensures System and Product Quality:
    Formulates design feasibility and testing methods, conducts assessments on finished products, and evaluates system capabilities
  • Develops Mechanical and Electromechanical Products:
    Investigates customer requirements, conducts research, and evaluates manufacturing and assembly methods and materials. Solicits feedback from technicians.
  • Develops Manufacturing Processes:
    Designs and modifies equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
  • Confirms Fabrication, Assembly, Validation, and Installation Processes.
  • Prepares Product Reports:
    Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends
  • Provides Engineering Information:
    Addresses inquiries and requests
  • Maintains Equipment Operational:
    Coordinates maintenance and repair services following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
  • Maintains System and Product Database:
    Inputs and manages computer data.
  • Completes Projects:
    Provides training and guidance to technicians.
  • Contributes to
Team Effort:
Coordinates fabrication, assembly, and installation processes
  • Analyzes Problems:
    Evaluates how mechanical and thermal devices can resolve project issues.
  • Designs or Redesigns Mechanical and Thermal Devices:
    Utilizes analysis and computer-aided design
  • Develops and Tests Prototypes:
    Conducts thorough testing of designed devices
  • Analyzes Test Results:
    Modifies designs as required.
  • Oversees the
Manufacturing Process:
Ensures the seamless production of the product
  • Preferred Advanced experience designing with Solid works and other 3D CAD Software Must understand and be able to influence the design of mechanicals, pneumatics, hydraulics, and data acquisition Knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and pneumatics Practical understanding of GD&T Detailed mechanical design knowledge of mechanism, drive actuators, motors, and servo motors Materials experience, and material selection Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
