Job Description:
Job Description We are looking for an experienced CAE Engineer specializing in thermal and fluid dynamics simulation for automotive applications. The candidate will work on vehicle-level CAE modelling, calibration, validation, and analysis to support advanced vehicle development programs. Key Responsibilities Perform 1D and 3D thermal and fluid dynamics simulations for automotive systems. Develop and validate vehicle-level CAE models for HVAC, cabin comfort, and full vehicle systems. Conduct simulation analysis using GT Suite, Siemens Amesim, Star CCM+, OpenFOAM, and Fluent. Support model calibration, validation, and optimization activities. Develop custom CAE methodologies to improve simulation accuracy and efficiency. Analyze simulation results and provide engineering recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development. Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 7+ years of experience as a CAE Analyst in automotive applications. Strong experience in 1D and 3D simulation tools. Experience in HVAC, cabin comfort, and full vehicle thermal analysis preferred. Knowledge of custom CAE method development is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills
