Supports advance Body Frame Stamping product feasibility from styling sketch through 1st drawing issue for New Model Body in White construction. Creates part data change proposals, tool process plan, and rough layout using Catia and Autoform Simulation. Reports technical criteria to Category Technical Expert and New Model Project Leadership. 30%- Supports the development of new model stamping tooling specifications and process plan from 1st drawing to Die GO. Performs feasibility checks and simulations using Autoform and Catia on product and styling data to ensure parts are formable and manufacturable. 50%
- Completes checks for manufacturing stamping new model equipment verification check list and drawing maturation requirements. 10%
- Supports complex manufacturing category problem analysis, determine root causes, recommend corrective action.
