Job Description As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Thermal Spray, you will be responsible for leading engineering efforts to develop and implement manufacturing processes for thermal spray applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Your role will involve analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
