We are looking for a CAE Engineer with expertise in thermal and fluid dynamics simulation for automotive applications. The candidate will support full vehicle thermal analysis, HVAC systems, and CAE model development activities.
Responsibilities:
Perform 1D & 3D thermal and fluid dynamics simulations Develop and validate full vehicle CAE models Support HVAC, cabin comfort, and vehicle thermal management analysis Use GT Suite, Amesim, Star CCM+, Fluent, and OpenFOAM tools Develop custom CAE methodologies for improved analysis accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional automotive engineering teams
Required Skills:
7+ years of CAE analysis experience Strong automotive vehicle structure knowledge Expertise in GT Suite/Amesim and Star CCM+/Fluent/OpenFOAM Experience in thermal and CFD simulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
HVAC and cabin comfort simulation experience Vehicle-level CAE validation and calibration Advanced degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
