Production Enhancement (60%) : Execute machine setups, adjusting parameters for optimal material, tooling, and machine conditions, all while learning and adapting continuously. What You Bring Over a decade's experience in precision machining with an emphasis on lathe and mill operations. Proficiency in GD&T, precision measuring tools, and maintaining strict dimensional tolerances.
