Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of activities across multiple disciplines and teams, both internally and externally. Facilitate and lead regular team meetings, setting clear agendas, tracking action items, and documenting outcomes to maintain project momentum. Conduct thorough technical reviews, providing insights for FMEAs, design analyses, risk assessments, and qualification plans to drive product quality and reliability. Collaborate closely with suppliers on design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews, root cause corrective actions (RCCA), and procurement processes to resolve part issues effectively. Assess resource needs and project priorities, providing key inputs for headcount, budget, and scheduling requirements to optimize team efficiency. Prepare and present detailed project status reports and summaries to upper management and cross-functional teams, showcasing progress and strategic alignment. Must-Have:

MS in Mechanical Engineering required 5-10 years of mechanical design and/or product development experience Proven project management and/or project leadership experience Excellent interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-To-Have:

Experience in design using 3D CAD and solid modeling tools Knowledge of FEA and fundamental understanding of thermo-mechanical and structural analysis Familiarity with optical design and/or electronic device packaging Knowledge of statistical analysis Experience with Agile methodologies preferred NION2026
