Job Description

AMETEK believes in developing its leaders from within. As an Electrical Engineering Management Program Associate, you will be part of a small and select group of college students chosen each year for this special program. During the 3-year program, you will receive fully paid relocation to a US-based AMETEK business at the start of each rotation (July of each year). The goal of the rotational program is to expose you to new technologies, new customers, strong leaders, and brilliant engineers to fast-track your engineering career within AMETEK. Personalized attention and experiences to advance your professional career! Three 1-year rotations at a different AMETEK business giving you experience with new products, new customers, strong leaders, and brilliant engineers. Individual Development Plan

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3.0 grade point average Graduation date between March 2026 and July 2026 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) Flexible and adaptable to new situations Inquisitive nature and a passion for solving problems Ability to work both independently and as a team contributor Ability to relocate for expanded career opportunities #LI-BM1
