Description Overview Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the Building Engineering Services team in our Philadelphia, PA office. The Mechanical Engineer will work alongside engineers and architects as part of a design team applying mechanical engineering principles towards the successful design of low to mid-rise new commercial construction projects, as well as evaluating existing buildings for renovations or reuse. Strong building systems begin with strong collaboration. Our engineers work alongside architects, structural professionals, and sustainability specialists within one integrated team, allowing decisions to be evaluated early and thoroughly. By coordinating systems with building layout, site conditions, regulatory requirements and budget considerations from the start, we help reduce surprises later.
