Requires Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Management or closely-related field & 2 yrs experience troubleshooting & repairing automation and packaging equipment; identifying, evaluating & resolving deficiencies and bottlenecks using key performance indicators, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Unplanned Downtime, Mean Time Between Failures and/or Mean Time To Repair; providing technical escalation support for production equipment unplanned downtime & inefficiencies; maintaining technical documentation & records, including equipment manuals, electrical drawings, maintenance plans and/or spare parts; coordinating with internal & external service providers for maintenance support and breakdown escalation; working in a regulated clean room manufacturing environment; and utilizing FMEA tool to identify & mitigate equipment and process risks. Up to 5% U.S. travel and/or int'l travel req'd.

Salary Range:

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $91,000.00 to $110,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. The offered salary may vary within this range based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
