Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Junior Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be trained on quality control, customer support, and developing engineering solutions across various projects, utilizing advanced engineering principles and tools. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical and systems engineering, as well as proficiency in design software and programming languages. Duties Develop and design engineering solutions for downhole applications in Oil & Gas Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD tools to create detailed schematics and mechanical designs. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Perform data collection and analysis to support design decisions and project outcomes. Engage with API, ISO, Quality Management System roles and design requirements. Apply GD&T principles in the design process to ensure quality standards are met. Skills Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, C++, Python, and scripting languages. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, systems engineering. Experience with project management methodologies and tools for effective project scheduling. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical knowledge relevant to design projects. Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively. Strong mathematical skills essential for engineering calculations and problem-solving.
