Ability to manage ambiguous or conflicting requirements. Experience mentoring engineers and supporting new product introduction (NPI) Strong technical communication and collaboration skills In Depth knowledge of Solidworks and Creo Knowledge of industry best practices and market trends
Key Responsibilities Design & Development:
Develop and optimize mechanical systems and components to meet performance and industry standards.
Project Leadership:
Lead small to mid-sized engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and coordination.
Problem-Solving:
Solve complex engineering challenges using advanced and innovative approaches
Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and quality
Mentorship:
Support and guide junior engineers to strengthen team capabilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) 6+ years of relevant experience Experience in fuel systems and pump development Compensation & Benefits We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package, regularly benchmarked against industry standards.
