Description This candidate will be responsible for overseeing designs and managing assigned project teams for their clients on Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter , Federal, Commercial Projects 10+ in the Mechanical Industry Must be proficient and be able to use Revit and understand AutoCAD and Bluebeam as their clients will use this. 5+ years within construction industry Skills Mechanical, Hvac, revit, Mechanical design, Autocad, Project engineering, Cad design, building design, building codes, educational projects, data center, retail design, retail project, revit mep, project coordination, engineering, commercial construction, hvac mechanical, design-build, plumbing, plumbing design, mep design Top Skills Details Mechanical,Hvac,revit Additional Skills & Qualifications Nice to have PMP Certification P.E isn't required but the best candidates will have their P.E if they have this level of experience 3+ years of business development with clients in consulting or construction fields Experience managing multiple projects Experience managing and leading project teams and mentoring junior engineers Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr. 401k, bonus, ability to lead practice, profit sharing, managing team Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Seattle,WA.
