This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical or plumbing design background who is ready to take on more ownership across projects, clients, and internal coordination while remaining technically involved.

The role will include:

Mechanical and plumbing design across commercial building projects Managing projects from early concept through construction administration Coordinating with internal engineering teams, architects, contractors, and clients Supporting HVAC calculations, equipment selection, layouts, specifications, and documentation Reviewing project deliverables and helping maintain schedules and budgets Participating in client meetings, site visits, and project coordination Using Revit and AutoCAD throughout the design and delivery process The ideal background: Approximately 5-10 years of mechanical or plumbing engineering experience Experience within an MEP consulting engineering environment Strong HVAC and/or plumbing design knowledge Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD Comfortable communicating directly with clients and owning project responsibilities Interested in progressing toward a broader project-management or leadership position What they offer: Competitive base pay: Starting at $90k-$130k, dependent on experience 100% company-paid employee healthcare benefits Hybrid Clear progression into project management and broader leadership responsibilities Opportunity to remain technically involved while taking on greater project ownership Direct exposure to clients, architects, contractors, and senior leadership This is not a construction project-management position.
