job summary: Mechanical Engineer wanted in Houston, TX! It's a hybrid role. Join Our Client in North America, a premier energy delivery leader.
Requires:
BSME, 7+ years engineering/PM experience, & large HP compressor station design expertise. Help shape tomorrow's energy systems and fuel your career today!

Houston, Texas job type: Contract salary: $63.00 - 74.07 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Oversee the development of project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk plans, ensuring all designs strictly comply with regulations, safety requirements, and Our Client's corporate standards.

Manage third-party engineering firms, approve key design deliverables (like drawings and technical reports), and conduct technical evaluations of vendor quotations for major equipment such as turbine and compressor packages.

Deliver hands-on technical support, oversee the implementation of technical solutions, and resolve complex issues throughout the critical construction and commissioning phases.

Provide informal leadership and technical guidance to peers and junior engineers while consistently integrating lessons learned to innovate and improve Our Client's future designs.
