- Not Required Vision and Sensing Systems - Ice, Rain and Stall (IRS) Engineering team based in Burnsville, Minnesota is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support continued growth within the product organization.
What You Will Do:
- + Contribute to the design, development, and sustainment of Ice, Rain, and Stall (IRS) sensing systems as part of integrated project teams + Support all phases of new product introduction, from requirements development and concept design through verification testing and full-rate production + Review product specifications to define mechanical design requirements and scope + Develop and evaluate design concepts, including trade studies and tolerance analyses to ensure optimal performance and fit + Create and execute test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports; support verification testing efforts + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate testing and development activities + Fabricate and assemble prototypes and test fixtures in a laboratory environment + Specify and evaluate material joining methods (e.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- or•an Advanced Degree in a related field + 2-5 years of relevant engineering experience + Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment •

- The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
