Our services include MEP Engineering Design, Technology Systems Design, and Specialty Lighting Design. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, value responsibility and accountability, think positively, and identify solutions while playing an exciting part in a growing business. We work hard but our hours are flexible. Some things you'll be responsible for: Leading the design for various construction projects with a strong knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts. Designing HVAC systems, including equipment specification and selection. Performing thermal load and energy calculations as required. Managing projects to ensure successful delivery of project milestones. Coordinating project-related communication between clients and team members. Tracking project open items and working with clients to resolve issues. Conducting project site visits, documenting existing conditions, and attending client meetings if needed. Complying with all authorities and staying current on all applicable code requirements.
