The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working for an engineering firm and must hold at least a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a proven understanding of applied HVAC and Plumbing engineering. Our projects include new construction and renovation projects across federal, commercial, and industrial business sectors in the United States and abroad.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform mechanical design of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion; Prepare mechanical detailing for construction drawings; Apply strong knowledge of commonly used mechanical engineering and design concepts, principles, practices, codes, and procedures within the mechanical engineering industry; Establish and implement standards, processes, procedures, and workflows; Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced team members; Perform construction administration activities - responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and other related activities; Completes site visits to assess conditions; May perform project or design management duties; May travel (
