This is a hybrid position based in Mahwah, NJ. As the Senior Engineer , you'll play a key role in developing advanced components and systems for joint replacement solutions. Learn more about the

Hip Business Unit What You Will Do Research, design, and verify components/modules for medical devices with minimal supervision Translate design inputs into engineering specifications and sub-system level designs Prototype and analyze solutions to validate concepts Apply engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Marketing teams Create and refine engineering documentation, including Design History Files Ensure compliance with design controls and risk management per our Quality Management System Support project success through ownership, prioritization, and effective communication What You Need Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical preferred) Minimum 2 years of engineering experience Preferred Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design practices Proficiency in creating engineering drawings and models using GD&T and CAE tools Experience applying materials and manufacturing knowledge to product design Ability to clearly communicate technical plans and concepts to cross-functional teams $93,200 - $155,400 USD Annual Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
