A leading engineering consultancy known for delivering innovative mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure solutions is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join its growing Facilities and Infrastructure team. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for: Performing technical design work, studies, analyses, and engineering activities for projects of low to moderate complexity. Contributing to project design concepts and collaborating with senior technical leaders to develop engineering solutions. Delegating tasks to designers and CAD staff while reviewing work for quality and accuracy. Supporting project coordination efforts, including multidisciplinary meetings and collaboration with architects, contractors, and suppliers. Conducting field inspections, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring design requirements are met during construction. Preparing engineering documents using design software and assisting with proposals, presentations, and internal technical training. The Senior Mechanical Engineer should have the following: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Professional Engineering License. Minimum of 10 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, preferably within a consulting environment. Experience leading design projects and overseeing design tasks Healthcare project experience Strong communication, coordination, and problem solving skills. Ability to manage tasks independently while supporting both senior leaders and junior staff.
