Overview The Facilities Assistant Project Manager Intern supports the Facilities and Capital Projects team in planning, coordinating, and executing facility-related projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to building operations, maintenance projects, renovations, vendor coordination, and compliance activities across occupied facilities. Responsibilities

  • + Assist Facilities Project Managers with planning and execution of facility and infrastructure projects + Support coordination of maintenance, repair, and minor renovation projects + Track work orders, project schedules, milestones, and close-out documentation + Assist with contractor and vendor coordination (scheduling, access, documentation) + Help maintain project documentation, including drawings, permits, inspection reports, and meeting minutes + Participate in site walks, inspections, and punch-list development + Assist with material tracking, purchase orders, and cost documentation + Support compliance with safety, building codes, and regulatory requirements + Update spreadsheets, CMMS systems, and project tracking tools + Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding project status and facility impacts •Learning & Development Opportunities•+ Real-world exposure to facilities and building lifecycle management + Understanding of preventive maintenance, capital planning, and building systems + Experience working with contractors, engineers, and operations teams + Introduction to safety standards, inspections, and regulatory compliance + Development of project coordination and organizational skills Qualifications •Required Qualifications•+ Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in: + Facilities Management + Construction Management + Engineering + Business Management or related field GPA Requirement of 3.

Assigned work location may change.
