Full-Time Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer with 0-3 years of experience to support process development, system optimization, and equipment design across industrial manufacturing environments. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who wants hands-on exposure to mechanical and process engineering in real-world factory settings.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing P&IDs and mechanical layouts.
- Support design and improvement of systems such as conveyors, air handling, HVAC, Paint booths, heat exchangers and process ovens.
- Conduct time studies, airflow simulations, and thermal balancing.
- Participate in site visits, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Generate BOMs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with electrical, controls, and project teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- 1 to 3 years of engineering experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD; SolidWorks is a plus.
- Understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and manufacturing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for project support.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Work Environment:
- Primarily anoffice-based engineering role, with approximately 40% travel required to client sites, facilities, or project locations.
- May occasionally require lifting and handling of technical equipment, tools, or packages Must be able to sit or stand at a desk or workstation for extended periods while performing design, analysis, or documentation tasks.
