Associate Engineer Job description Dynasty Spas is a forward-thinking company specializing in Spa Manufacturing. We are committed to delivering top-notch Spas and Accessories and are looking for a creative and talented individual to join our team as an Associate Engineer. This position is located
IN-PERSON
at our spa manufacturing plant in Athens, TN. The environment is split between an office and the production floor. There will be exposure to fiberglass and saw dust. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Engineer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks. This role involves creating visually appealing illustrations and designs for various projects, including Frame Drawing, Spa Plumbing and Spa Drawings, e.g., product designs. The ideal candidate will be familiar with building and creating bills of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality illustrations and designs based on project requirements and guidelines. Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and ideas for product innovation Utilize AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks to create precise technical drawings. Revise and refine illustrations and designs based on feedback from team members and clients. Ensure all illustrations and designs meet the company's quality standards and brand guidelines. Participate in installing, troubleshooting and running new equipment Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into your work.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is desired but will train for the right candidate. Strong drawing skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and time management skills.
