Key Responsibilities Supervise equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance Communicate customer requirements with engineering teams in Japan Manage external contractors (schedule, safety, cost) Equipment assembly, adjustment, and improvement proposals Prepare technical documents and support Japanese staff on-site Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field CAD knowledge (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) Ability to read mechanical drawings Valid driver's license Location Dallas (TX), Kansas, North Carolina, and other sites
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$60,000-$100,000 + bonus Travel expenses, paid leave Health insurance & retirement plan Visa sponsorship support available / Relocation assistance
