The Opportunity A growing mechanical and plumbing contractor in Dallas-Fort Worth is seeking VDC Detailers at all experience levels to support a strong backlog of commercial, healthcare, industrial, and large-scale MEP projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical or Plumbing VDC Detailer who wants long-term stability, exposure to complex projects, and a collaborative environment with project managers, engineers, and field teams. What You'll Be Working On You'll support the same high-quality projects as the project management team, including: Commercial and mixed-use developments Healthcare and institutional facilities Industrial and large-scale mechanical/plumbing systems Projects will be tailored to your background (mechanical or plumbing). Key Responsibilities Develop layouts for mechanical and/or plumbing systems Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Support coordination meetings with project managers, engineers, and trade partners Assist with shop drawings, spooling, and field-ready documentation Maintain model accuracy through construction and revisions Software & Tools Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: Revit (required) Navisworks Auto

CAD BIM 360 / ACC
