This role is responsible for installing, setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing servo-driven machinery to help keep operations running efficiently and minimize downtime. Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and Saturday 7am-12pm Responsibilities The Servo / Motion Control Technician will: Install, commission, and support servo motors, servo drives, and motion control systems Tune servo drives and optimize machine performance Diagnose and resolve motion control, automation, and equipment faults Work closely with PLC and HMI systems to troubleshoot production issues Support equipment uptime, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts Assist with machine setup, changeovers, upgrades, and modifications Respond to production needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Maintain flexibility with work schedule as operational needs change Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with servo motors, servo drives, and motion control systems Experience commissioning and tuning servo-driven machinery Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot motion faults in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of PLC and HMI systems Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience supporting production equipment in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance or production support team Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed to support operations Preferred Experience Experience in packaging, food manufacturing, or high-speed production environments Familiarity with automated packaging equipment Experience supporting equipment upgrades, changeovers, and continuous improvement projects Work Environment This is a hands-on role in a high-speed manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with production equipment, troubleshooting under time-sensitive conditions, and supporting operational uptime.

Pay:

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour
