Mechanical Design Engineer (On-Site)

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer capable of thriving in our fast-paced Houston facility.

Responsibilities include:

Design of machinery including structure, gear reducers, motors, bearings, hydraulics, electronics, etc. Develop new designs based on customer requirements and industry standards Develop repair/modification plans for existing machinery Create models/drawings of designs Create bills of materials for large projects Interacting with all other disciplines and departments including production, manufacturing, purchasing and electrical Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technology or similar Good mechanical aptitude Hydraulic experience Machine design experience AutoCAD experience preferred This position involves an exciting mix of activities daily.
