/ Plumbing EngineerJob Description Plan, organize, and coordinate process and mechanical engineering activities across multi-disciplined project teams during the planning, design, and construction phases of engineering projects Prepare and review calculations and specifications related to Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) development Demonstrate design experience in areas including mechanical systems, water and waste systems, and equipment design Generate, review, and validate design and evaluation calculations and technical specifications Utilize computer-aided drafting and design applications to support engineering deliverables Basic Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience, preferably supporting nuclear or other highly regulated industrial projects Experience in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and related engineering activities Working knowledge of applicable federal regulations (including Department of Energy Orders), as well as state and local codes and standards related to mechanical engineering design
