Job Description

Design the Next Generation of High-Pressure Pump Systems We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with direct experience in API 674 surface reciprocating plunger pump design within frac or pressure pumping environments. This role offers hands-on ownership of fluid-end and power-end development , working from concept through validation and field performance. If you have designed high-pressure plunger pumps inside an OEM environment and want greater technical ownership over the product platform, this is worth a conversation. About the Company Jereh Group is a global manufacturer of high-pressure pump systems, pressure control equipment, and integrated oilfield solutions supporting fracturing and pressure pumping operations worldwide. Our Houston facility designs, manufactures, tests, and supports high-duty plunger and frac pump systems for the North American market, collaborating closely with global R&D and manufacturing teams. What You'll Do Design and develop API 674 surface reciprocating plunger pump systems Own fluid-end components including valve seats, suction/discharge modules, stuffing boxes, and high-pressure manifolds Support power-end assemblies including crankshafts, crossheads, connecting rods, and drive systems Perform stress, fatigue, and performance validation analysis Lead failure analysis and reliability improvements Support FAT, SIT, and field validation testing Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain on DFM improvements Work directly with global engineering teams on product alignment and execution Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 5-15 years of experience designing high-pressure reciprocating pump systems Direct experience with API 674 plunger or frac pump platforms Experience within an OEM manufacturer of pressure pumping or frac equipment Experience with fluid-end mechanical design and validation Proficiency with CAD and mechanical analysis tools Working knowledge of API standards related to pressure pumping equipment Highly Valued Background Experience with frac pump systems operating 15,000+ PSI Exposure to leading pressure pumping OEM environments Hands-on validation, field troubleshooting, and product upgrades Why This Role Stands Out Direct influence over pump platform development True design ownership, not just maintenance support Collaboration with global R&D and manufacturing teams Houston-based with direct access to testing and manufacturing Growing product line with long-term market focus Work Location 7501 Miller Road 2 Houston, TX 77049 Onsite position Benefits 401(k) + Matching Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance Paid Time Off Important Note This role focuses specifically on surface reciprocating plunger pump systems used in high-pressure pressure pumping applications.
